Event Description

Help us make cancer history!

Theatre for the Cure is a community partnership fundraiser to support the mission of the Canadian Cancer Society.

The lives of each of the cast and crew have been touched by cancer and they are pleased to present the debut of "Flux": A story of two friends navigating the constancy of change in their relationship when one is faced with a terminal cancer diagnosis.

Cocktails: 7 p.m. (one drink included with your ticket, cash bar otherwise, please drink responsibly)

Performance: 8 p.m.  Please bring your drinks into the theatre (yes, you can do that!) as we begin with guest speakers Margaret Williams, cancer survivor and volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society, and Saman Malecki, clinical researcher at London Regional Cancer Centre. There will be a brief intermission, followed by the performance.

The money raised from this event helps fund leading-edge cancer research that is improving cancer treatments, preventing cancer and saving lives; provide reliable and up-to-date information on cancer, risk reduction and treatment; offer vital community-based support services for people living with cancer and their families; and advocate for healthy public policies.

Your attendance and support takes us one step further in the fight against cancer.

[If you are unable to attend this event but would like to make an online donation, you can do so here: Canadian Cancer Society - Theatre for the Cure Donations]

Tax receipts will be mailed by the Canadian Cancer Society after the event, for net proceeds raised. Your name, address and postal code is collected solely for this purpose.

Thanks for your support!
